[b]Additional Info: [/b]We've had alot of problems with Valdez, but I believe today was the last straw. He's been doing a terrible job as the head of staff and we officially request to have him demoted or removed. Over half of the active playerbase, including myself, want him taken down a peg.  He continues to overreact and outright lie about situations caused. He blows things way out of proportion all the time. From the day I joined the server, I knew he was going to be a problem, but we were all able to deal with it, until Valdez had made Xavier lose his temper toward the entire server. I do admit, there was some minging, but it was controlled, and it stopped before it got out of hand. Valdez's constant unreasonable complaints towards the playerbase have gone on for too long. I'm requesting, as head of roleplay, and as a player of the server, to please act on the horrible job that Valdez has done.

I made this complaint not because I hate Valdez, but because I love the server. I want it to be better and the mistakes that he's made is enough to destroy what we've worked so hard to build up.

+1, Valdez isn't fun to play with to be honest, he lies about "complaints" during off hours for bullshit things, he fails rp to shit.

+1, Valdez has Kicked me before with out reason, and Disrespect's Order's from higher up's just because he's head of staff, he has failed RP constantly. i havant seen him RP since he trained me. i'd like to see him removed from HOS or even Staff entirely.  Love, ONI director Kira

At That Many Times He Has Yelled At Chief For Doing Little To Nothing And I Mean He Is A Good Guy But He Is A Bad Head Of Staff And Nobody Wants A Bad Head Of Staff But Nobody Wants To Play On A Server That Has Bad Staff It Makes The Server Look Bad And He Lied About There Being 5 Complaints From Different People That Was A Lie Only One Real Person Complained Besides Him Because He Got Caught In Crossfire I'd Like To See Improvements Or Remove Him

I agree completely. Valdez is a nice guy and all, I like him, but he is not a good head of staff. for example, IC he disregards orders, and blatantly lies just because he is head of staff OOC. it makes the rest of us look childish and unprofessional. if we want to fly our colors under the flag of "serious RP", we will need to get professional people in those professional positions. And quite frankly, someone who frequently behaves like Valdez should not be accepted into the community. Once again, I do not hate Valdez, however, that will not stop me from pointing someone out when they are incorrect. I adore this server and its community, and I refuse to sit idly by while it is tarnished by the efforts of an extremely unprofessional staff member, in a very high position.  Thank you, much love.  Jack,(Or) Frederic-104

+1 The only times I've ever seen this dude hes either pissed for a reason he refuses to tell, stressing out Xavier or complaining about some insignificant shit like its a big deal (case and point him interrupting blue team training over having too many Spartans, saying that it would be something like the demise of the server). Don't mistake this for hating the man, I just disagree with his recent actions as Head Of Staff.
